The journey inward.

I'm Damian.

I shape change. With my design studio nomíra in the digital realm, with sómeya in the personal. Both follow the same conviction: that clarity doesn't come from more information, but from more stillness.

Damian Müller Porträtbild. Psychedelic Breath Teacher. sómeya. Atem. Präsenz. Klarheit.

For a long time I was always in motion. Full calendars, many projects, always the next thing on the horizon. From the outside it looked like progress. But I was everywhere and never really arrived anywhere.

What I didn't want to see for a long time: I wasn't moving toward something, I was moving away. Away from a quiet disharmony that had crept in over the years. From structures that no longer fit. From a focus pointed outward, while what I was looking for had long been waiting within me. New places and perspectives helped, for a while. But I took myself everywhere I went.

At some point I understood: the real journey doesn't lead to new places, but inward. I stopped thinking more and began to listen again. I found the way there in the breath. In those first sessions, thinking went still for the first time in ages. What remained wasn't a loud answer, but a quiet knowing. Today I hold this space for others.

sómeya manifesto

Sometimes the answer lies
not in the next step.
But in the next breath.

We search outside
for what has long waited within.
Clarity. Stillness. Direction.

The breath knows the way.
It needs no explanation.

Grow still.
Listen.
Give space.

sómeya is an invitation.
Not to understand.
But to feel.

Not to optimize.
But to arrive.

Breath. Space. Clarity.

Nothing more is needed.
Everything else follows.

simply within.

Training

Psychedelic Breath® Teacher

sómeya rests on solid training. I'm trained in the Psychedelic Breath® method with Eva Kaczor in Berlin, who developed it.

For me it began as personal growth, with no plan to ever teach. That it became sómeya happened on its own. Just as it felt right.
