Before you take part
sómeya offers breathwork and somatic coaching. The sessions are an invitation to feel and to pause. They are not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and are no substitute for it.
Liability
sómeya makes no promise of cure or results. The sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. You should not stop or interrupt prescribed medication or ongoing therapy on your own.
Taking part is voluntary and at your own responsibility. The decision to take part, and every decision during and after a session, rests with you. Liability for any health-related or other consequences of taking part is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
When taking part isn't advisable
Breathwork is an intense form of conscious breathing. In the following cases, taking part is either not advisable or advisable only after prior medical clearance:
- pregnancy
- cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
- epilepsy or a history of seizures
- aneurysm (your own or in the family)
- glaucoma or retinal detachment
- recent surgery or injuries
- severe mental health conditions (for example psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
- taking strong psychoactive medication
Please don't take part under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
This list isn't exhaustive. If you're unsure whether taking part is right for you, please check with a doctor beforehand, or get in touch with me before booking.
Booking and payment
You book group sessions through Luma. Payment is taken there directly at booking (credit card, and TWINT where available).
For 1:1 sessions, we arrange the appointment directly. Payment is made via Stripe, TWINT, or by invoice as agreed.
Company offerings are quoted individually. The terms of the respective quote apply. Payment is made by invoice.
Cancellation and rebooking
Group sessions: up to 12 hours before the start, you can cancel or rebook free of charge. After that, refunds are no longer possible.
1:1 sessions: you can reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or no-shows, the session is charged.
Company offerings: the cancellation terms of the respective quote apply.
Data protection
How sómeya handles your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Starrkirch-Wil.
