Come breathe.

A guided breath journey, live. Find your way in.

A sómeya session is a guided breath journey, in the Psychedelic Breath® method. Connected breathing, carried by music, then stillness and time to let it resonate.

Some breathe best together, others entirely on their own. Depending on what you need right now, we'll find what feels right for you.

Online in the group

Live via Zoom, at fixed dates. You breathe from home, in your own space, and are still part of something shared.

All you need is an undisturbed place for 90 minutes, something to sit or lie down on comfortably, headphones, and a stable connection. I hold the rest.

Entirely for you.

A space that belongs to you alone. A few days before, we have a quiet conversation to prepare it together. I hear what's on your mind right now, and shape the theme and the journey around it. The session itself, at a time of its own, is then entirely yours.

Your session, your question. Online or in person.

Breathwork for teams

Breath as a shared reset, as the start of a workshop, or as space for new impulses. For teams who need the right question before the next answer.

For companies

Breath opens the door
to the right questions.

Intensity & contraindications

Psychedelic Breath® is safe, but powerful. The connected, dynamic breathing briefly shifts your CO₂ balance. Sometimes that shows up as tingling, mild light-headedness, or a pulling sensation in the hands. A so-called respiratory alkalosis: harmless and passing. If it gets to be too much, you simply breathe more calmly and it settles on its own.

Please don't take part if any of these apply to you:

  • pregnancy
  • cardiovascular conditions, heart problems, or untreated high blood pressure
  • a history of stroke
  • clinical anxiety disorders, epilepsy, or psychosis
  • elevated intraocular pressure
  • recent surgery, or healing wounds around the torso or face

Not sure whether it's the right time for you? Write me a quick note beforehand and we'll look at it together.
