Breathwork for teams

Breath opens the door.

Before a team finds the right answers, it needs the right questions. And the space to hear them at all.

Out of stillness

Teams run on a constant current. Full calendars, fragmented attention, always reachable. In this mode, the best ideas rarely arise, and the boldest questions almost never.

Breathwork creates a pause. A moment where the mental noise settles and the mind finds room again. From this state, a team works differently: more awake, more open, more agile in thought. Stuck perspectives loosen, new views and impulses find their place. Not despite the stillness, but out of it.

From transformation work

For years, with nomíra, my UX and design studio, I've guided organizations through digital change. And I've seen one thing again and again: transformation doesn't happen at the level of tools alone. It begins with people, with their readiness to think differently and let go of the familiar.

sómeya extends that thought. Not only digital transformation, but personal transformation too. The breath as preparation for the real work.

What it can look like

Breathwork can fit into your context in different ways. Three shapes it can take:

As the start of a workshop.

Before a design sprint, vision work, or strategy. A short breath journey opens the mind for new thinking before the real work begins.

As a shared reset.

Whether on a team day, at the start of a new phase, or simply in between: a moment that lifts the team out of everyday mode and back into real presence and connection.

As space for new impulses.

When a team is stuck or wants to realign. A session that clears the head and makes space for creativity, fresh perspectives, and the bigger picture. Once, or as a recurring rhythm.

The setup

Company sessions take place with you, in your rooms or at a location you choose. In German or English, as a group, tailored to your occasion. Participation is always voluntary, and I clarify beforehand what to keep in mind.
